Exhibitor companies receive two complimentary exhibitor registrations with each 6 foot table purchased. Additional badges are available at the conference rate. Requests for cancellation of exhibit space must be received in writing by the CCTMC office no later than January 31, 2021. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after January 31, 2021. Cancellations received by January 1, 2021 will receive a full refund, less $100 processing fee. Cancellations made between January 2 and 31, 2021 will receive a 75% refund, less $100 processing fee. In the event CCTMC is not able to be held in-person due to Covid-19 or other causes, Exhibitor registration and sponsorships will be automatically transferred to the virtual CCTMC conference exhibit platform.
